Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. peeled and diced Winesap apples
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients together.
Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
