Pa Dutch Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    1 or more c. chicken gravy
    salt and pepper
    pie dough for double crust
Preparation
    Line 8 or 9-inch tin with pie dough.
    Fill with chicken.
    Top with diced egg, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup gravy.
    Cover pie with dough; flute edges.
    Bake about 25 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven. Serve reserved gravy with the baked pie.
