No Sugar Fresh Fruit Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. club soda
    1 medium banana
    3 c. fresh fruit pieces
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
    1 Tbsp. coconut, toasted
Preparation
    Combine orange juice, club soda and banana in blender and puree until smooth.
    Pour over fresh fruit.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and cardamon.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
