Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    5 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot margarine until tender (not browned).
    Add remaining ingredients, except cream, and bring to a boil.
    Carefully pour half the soup into blender and puree.
    Repeat with remaining soup.
    Stir in cream and stir. Makes about 10 servings.
