Mrs. Winter'S Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    graham cracker crust
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    a little water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 or 4 eggs (if small)
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put undrained crushed pineapple into a saucepan.
    Mix cornstarch with water to make a paste and stir into pineapple.
    Add the sugar and cook the mixture until thickened; cool.
