Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions or less, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter to dot on top
Preparation

Cook potatoes in skins until tender.
Cool, peel and cut into small pieces.
In saucepan, combine on low heat, 1/4 cup oleo and Cheddar cheese.
Stir until melted.
Blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
Fold in potatoes.
Put in buttered casserole or baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
May be frozen or made ahead of time and bake.
