Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
1 lb. lean hamburg
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
4 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
2 Tbsp. seasoned Italian crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Split unpeeled squash lengthwise into 2 halves.
Scoop out both of the centers.
Combine hamburg, onion, cottage cheese, garlic and tomato juice.
Pile onto the squash halves.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Arrange in baking pan, uncovered.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
