Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 carrots, chopped
    4 potatoes, quartered
    1 slice bread, broken
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven (no need to brown meat).
    Cover and
    bake
    4 to 5 hours at 275\u00b0 or cook in crock-pot.\tDelicious and easy make ahead meal.
