Honey Lemon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. honey
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. plain yogurt or nonfat sour cream
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together zest, lemon juice and honey until combined well, then whisk in buttermilk, yogurt or sour cream, oil, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Makes 3/4 cup.
Excellent over fruit.
