Scallops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, mixed with 2 Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper
    1/4 c. butter (not margarine)
    4 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 shots sherry
Preparation
    Coat scallops with seasoned bread crumbs that have been mixed with 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix butter with 4 cloves of pressed garlic and 4 tablespoons olive oil.
    Put butter mixture in frying pan and let get hot.
    Fry scallops 4 minutes per side until browned.
    Add 1 1/2 shots sherry into pan.
    Cook a few minutes.
    Serve immediately.
