Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 qt. soup stock or water
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. celery, cut up
    2 large carrots, diced
    2 potatoes, diced
    1 can large tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. mixed vegetables
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Bring stock or water to boil.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cook until done.
