Easy Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large mushrooms
    ground beef
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    sour cream
    gravy
    onion
Preparation
    Cut off stems and hollow out mushroom tops.
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add enough gravy (jar or canned gravy is okay) just to hold meat together.
    Coat inside of each mushroom cap with sour cream.
    Spoon in meat mixture and top with shredded cheese.
    Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve on warm platter.
