German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 small potatoes
    3 slices bacon, cut in cubes
    1 round Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until soft.
    Peel and slice.
    Add sliced onion (optional).
    Fry bacon until crispy.
    Remove from pan.
    To the bacon fat, add the butter and flour.
    Stir and add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Let come to a boil and pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle bacon cubes on top of salad.
    Serves 4 to 6.
