Always Tender Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    5 c. flour
    2 c. shortening or 1 1/2 c. lard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat first 3 ingredients together with a fork.
    Blend next 3 ingredients together; add water mixture.
    Roll out pie crusts. Makes 3 pie crusts.
