Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 (16 oz.) carton plain, low-fat yogurt
6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together sugar, salt, yeast and six cups of flour.
In a 2-quart saucepan on medium heat, heat the yogurt and 2/3 cup of water until very warm (125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Stir into dry ingredients.
Mix until blended and ball forms.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
