Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
5 Tbsp flour
1 quart milk
pinch salt
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp butter
Preparation

Scald milk in a double boiler.
Using rotary beater, mix in sugar, flour, salt and cocoa.
When this is mixed well, add eggs and mix well again.
Add butter and mix well.
Let cool and add vanilla; mix well for the last time.
