Nanaw'S Turkey Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions
    3 to 4 c. diced cooked turkey
    3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    3 to 4 Tbsp. chopped green onions (optional)
    1 to 2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Brown onions and potatoes in oil until soft, but not done.
    Add turkey and other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer approximately 1 hour.
    Nanaw did not actually measure; she used leftover turkey and seasoned to taste.
    Might have to add a little water or more cream if necessary.
    This was our favorite after Thanksgiving and Christmas!
