Waffle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. baking chocolate
    2 sticks plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and margarine; mix well.
    Add sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Fold in flour and salt.
    Heat waffle iron to medium temperature.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls, four at a time.
    Bake 1 minute, no longer.
    Remove with fork.
    Frost with any frosting. You may substitute 12 tablespoons cocoa and 4 tablespoons oil for baking chocolate.
