Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
    1/4 tsp. ginger or allspice
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. corn oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Use greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix first 7 ingredients, using only 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Remove 1/4 of this mixture and add chopped walnuts.
    Set aside for topping and add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Add last 4 ingredients to remaining 3/4 of mixture.
    Mix well.
    (Small lumps are okay.)
    Pour this mixture into pan.
    Sprinkle topping over batter in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 33 to 35 minutes.
    Topping will be light brown.
    Great for breakfast, brunch or dessert.
