Chicken Mandolay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 jar Junior baby food apricots
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix flour, curry and salt in bag. Shake chicken in bag.
    Brown in oil.
    Place chicken in oven dish. Stir remaining ingredients together in frying pan.
    Heat to boiling point.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered and 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
