Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Slices Bread
    2 c. Cooked Meat
    4 oz. Mushrooms
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    6 Eggs
    2 c. Milk
    8 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
    Cut bread in cubes and place in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread meat (ham, sausage or bacon) and mushrooms over bread. Mix the salt, mustard pepper, eggs and milk together and pour over bread and meat. Grate and top casserole with cheese. Bake 1 hr. at 325 degrees.
