Chicken Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 small chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom pieces
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears
Preparation

Heat margarine and oil in a 9 x 13 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish in 400\u00b0 oven until margarine is melted.
Place chicken in dish, turn to coat and arrange skin side up.
Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Rinse broccoli under running cold water to separate; drain.
Mix soup, mushrooms (with liquid), water, thyme and Worcestershire sauce.
