Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1 c. sour cream
    12 oz. apricot preserves or favorite
    6 oz. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped coconut
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour; add sour cream and form dough into a ball.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Divide dough into 4 parts and roll each into rectangle on floured surface.
    Spread with preserves; sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
    Roll as for a jelly roll.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Slice and serve.
