Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All, drained
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix Veg-All, chestnuts, cheese, mayonnaise and onions.
    Bake in a lightly greased casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.
    Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Drizzle with melted margarine and bake until golden brown.
