Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour (level)
1 large can Pet milk (rinse can with water)
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
Add milk, eggs, butter, potatoes and vanilla.
Stir well, then pour in a large unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Bake it until it looks firm and beginning to crack around outer edge.
