Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 large can mandarin orange sections
    3 or 4 bananas
    1/2 c. orange juice or more
    2 (3 oz.) boxes tapioca pudding mix (not instant)
Preparation
    Drain fruits and add orange juice to make 3 cups liquid.
    Make pudding as directed using 3 cups fruit juices instead of the 4 cups milk.
    Cool.
    Add drained fruit.
    Add bananas just before serving.
