Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded carrots
    2 small onions, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (fresh and packed in cup)
Preparation
    Grease ring mold.
    Mix ingredients.
    Place in mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes with mold sitting in pan of water.
