Ritz Cracker Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    12 dates, cut fine
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    18 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. ground pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put oleo into 8-inch pie pan.
    Put into oven until melted.
    Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream. Garnish with shaved Hershey bar.
