Chicken Parmesan With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 can Swanson chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Dip chicken in butter, then in crumb mixture.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake 1/2 hour or less at 350\u00b0.
    Turn up to broil for 2 to 3 minutes to brown.
    Remove chicken.
    Pour broth into pan; stir to loosen particles.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Use as chicken gravy.
