Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 containers Wispride Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
6 slices bacon, fried until crisp
garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix cheese in a bowl with a wooden spoon to soften and smooth. Crumble bacon and mix with cheese.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place on wax paper and harden in refrigerator.
When firm, roll into ball and cover with finely ground nuts.
