Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 bag Success rice
2 c. water
Preparation

Place pork chops in large dish.
Slice onion and place on top of pork chops.
Mix together rice, soup and water.
Pour this mixture over pork chops and onion.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Additional water should be added as needed to keep rice moist.
