Raisin Boston Browned Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rye flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. dark seedless raisins
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. dark molasses
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (1-pound) coffee cans and cut aluminum foil, 2 inches larger than opening of can, to use as lids.
Grease foil.
