Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 large can condensed milk
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 pkg. rolled vanilla wafers
nuts if desired
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add sugar.
To this add chilled whipped milk, fruit and nuts.
Sprinkle 2/3 of the wafer crumbs on bottom of dish.
Pour in Jell-O mixture.
Sprinkle remainder of crumbs over top.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
