Sugared Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. unpopped popcorn
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine popcorn and 1/4 cup water; set aside.
    In a 3-quart saucepan, heat oil.
    Stir sugar into hot oil.
    Add popcorn and water mixture; cover.
    Pop the corn quickly over high heat, shaking pan constantly.
    At the end of the peak of popcorn popping, remove pan from heat to prevent sugar from burning. Makes about 6 cups.
