Strawberry Mango Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. mashed fresh strawberries
    2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. half & half
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    Additional milk to fill freezer canister
Preparation
    Puree the mango in blender or food processor.
    This should make about 1/2 cup mango puree.
    Combine the mango with the strawberries and set aside.
    Heat the 2 c. milk in the microwave or in a small saucepan.
    Remove from heat and stir in sugar and salt.
    Gradually stir in the half & half and then add vanilla extract.
    Pour into freezer canister and add enough milk to fill. Freeze according to directions given with your freezer.
