Butter Crust Parfait Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/3 c. (1/2 of 6 oz. can) frozen orange juice (orange, lemonade, etc.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 unbeaten egg white
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine butter with 2 tablespoons sugar.
Do not cream.
Add flour.
Mix just until a dough will form.
Place 1/4 to 1/3 of this mixture in a small pan.
Press remaining mixture evenly over bottom and side of a 9-inch pie pan with well floured fingers. Bake at 375\u00b0 until light golden brown (crust: 12 to 15 minutes or crumbs: 10 to 12 minutes).
