Eye Of Round Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients for marinade.
    Marinate roast 1 to 3 days, turning once a day.
    Cook, covered, in Dutch oven with marinade for 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice thin and serve with warm marinade.
