Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 head lettuce (small bite size pieces)
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 large tomatoes, chopped fine
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. corn chips
    2 bottles taco sauce (mild)
Preparation
    Place bite size lettuce in dish.
    Mix all other ingredients and place on lettuce bed.
    Garnish with tomato wedges and grated cheese.
