Christmas Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 green sweet peppers
12 red sweet peppers
16 medium onions
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 pt. vinegar
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Pour boiling water over first 3 ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes and drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix all together and boil for 10 minutes.
Put into clean steamed jars and seal.
The longer it is in the jar the better it tastes.
