Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/3 to 1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together sugar, cocoa and salt.
    Stir in milk and vanilla.
    Pour into microwave-safe bowl.
    Cut up stick of butter on top; microwave for 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add nuts if you prefer. Pour into a buttered square dish.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut into squares.
