Palacinke(Serbian Crepes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Warm milk and water on stove; add flour, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and eggs into large bowl with warmed milk and water. Batter should be very thin consistency.
    Cover 6-inch skillet with Pam or oil.
    Drip enough batter onto thinly covered surface and fry over medium heat.
    Turn over once until brown on both sides.
