Cranberry Sauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce (reserve 1/4 c. for icing)
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Sift together dry ingredients into a large bowl.
    Add remaining cranberry sauce, nuts, real mayonnaise and orange rind.
    Mix well by hand.
    Stir in orange juice.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done.
    Remove from pan while warm.
