Chicken Creamy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
2 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese
chopped black olives
Preparation

Chop cooked chicken.
Cook rice according to package directions. Mix chicken, soup and sour cream.
Press cooked rice into the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Pour chicken mixture on top.
Sprinkle the top with cheese and black olives.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until hot.
Dab several more teaspoons of sour cream after removed from oven.
Serves 8.
