No Peek Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup (can substitute celery or mushroom soup)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 1/4 c. water
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into bite size pieces
Preparation
    In a 3-quart oblong baking dish, combine rice, can of soup, onion soup mix blended with water.
    Arrange chicken on soup mixture.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours until chicken is tender and rice is done.
    Makes about 4 servings.
