Meat And "Tater" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 double crust pie shell
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    dash of pepper
    dash of allspice
    12 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine and mix gently all ingredients but potatoes.
    Lightly pat in pastry.
    Top with potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Seal top crust and split.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with ketchup.
