1 box dark brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk *
2 1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional to sprinkle on top)

Substitute skim evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon coconut extract.
