Ingredients

5 carrots
1/4 c. boiling salted water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Slice carrots.
Cook, covered in boiling water, 15 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over carrots.
Cook, stirring, about 8 minutes.
