Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/2 oz. each) cans chili without beans
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese
    8 to 12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix 1 can of chili, 2 tablespoons onion and 1 cup of cheese. Spoon 1/3 cup of mixture on center of each tortilla.
    Roll up and place, seam side down, in an ungreased baking dish (11 x 7-inch). Spoon remaining chili over enchiladas.
    Sprinkle with remaining onion and cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese is melted.
