Sausage Minestrone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
8 c. water
28 oz. can tomatoes
5 c. beef bouillon
4 tsp. Italian seasonings
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 medium carrots, sliced
16 oz. can garbanzo beans
4 oz. spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
1 pkg. frozen green beans
Preparation

In large kettle, brown sausage, onion and garlic.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients, except green beans and spaghetti.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 1 hour.
Stir in beans and spaghetti.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
