King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
12 tortillas
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts (no salt).
Save broth.
Dip tortillas in broth and line baking dish with tortillas.
Bone chicken and place on top of tortillas.
Sprinkle chili powder, onion, cheese and garlic salt over this.
Spread soups over this.
Spread the tomatoes and green chilies.
Bake in glass baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
